The SunCommon commercial team is focused on bringing solar options to businesses, both large and small
Carrie was born and raised in Southern California and managed to escape after finishing up her undergrad at UCLA. She did a stint in San Francisco before moving east to open Muddy Waters, an iconic Burlington coffeehouse. In 2009 she bought the Old Brick Store in Charlotte, using a Community Supported Enterprise model to revitalize the 1852 country store and create “convenience with a conscience.”
Carrie brings a love of the natural environment to her work with SunCommon. When not advocating for solar, she should be finishing her thesis for a Master’s in Sustainable Development from the School for International Training but instead can be found hiking in the ADK high peaks, surfing in Costa Rica, or tooling around France in search of great food.
