By opting to receive text messaging programs, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages from Solarcommunities Inc., DBA SunCommon. and others texting on its behalf, including text messages made with an autodialer, at the telephone number(s) that you provide. You may opt-out of these communications at any time, and consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services.
When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number from SunCommon. These kinds of messages may include automated notifications of confirmation and reminders for appointments, requests for reviews or surveys, and regular project updates. You may also from time to time receive direct communication from SunCommon employees related to your expressed interest in SunCommon products and services, updates to your project progress, and ongoing customer service and support.
The number of SunCommon text messages that you receive will vary based on your interaction with SunCommon and your overall project lifecycle. You will receive an appointment confirmation and reminder message for each appointment you schedule with SunCommon. You may receive one time invitations to leave a review or complete a survey at the end of your project.
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with SunCommon text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. SunCommon does not impose a separate fee for sending text messages.
How to Opt-out
You may opt-out of SMS messaging at any time by texting “STOP” to the (855) 246-6473. You may also opt-out by contacting SunCommon Customer Support at email@example.com or by calling (866) 452-7652

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers may change from time to time, but currently include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Alltel, US Cellular, and Cellular One, among others.
Your Mobile Telephone Number
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You are responsible for notifying SunCommon immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You may notify SunCommon of a number change by contacting SunCommon Customer Support at email@example.com or by calling (866) 452-7652
You agree to indemnify SunCommon in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify SunCommon if you change your telephone number, including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Access or Delivery to Mobile Network is Not Guaranteed
Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of SunCommon’s control, and SunCommon is not responsible or liable for issues arising from them.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
SunCommon may revise, modify, or amend these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when it is posted to SunCommon’s website. You agree to review these SMS Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued consent to receive SunCommon text messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
