DREW ZARRELLA
Solar Home Advisors are members of SunCommon's residential sales team. They educate homeowners on the growing role that solar is playing in our clean energy future. They have a good technical grasp of how solar energy works, how solar projects are permitted, and the benefits that solar can provide. Our Solar Home Advisors help break down barriers to solar and are there for our customers when they need us.
Drew’s passion for sustainability has only continued to grow since he became a part of the SunCommon team in 2019. Prior to joining the team, Drew received his Bachelors in Communications and Environmental Studies. Since then, he has gained an MBA in Sustainability from Bard College, and has helped many customers across New York through the process of going solar.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Drew is involved in his community – he spends most Sundays volunteering at the local cat shelter. He shares his home in Beacon with his cat, Larue, and he finds solace in nature through paddle boarding, hiking, and camping. Drew’s daily routine is centered around mindfulness and meditation, and he is currently working on his certification to teach breath work and energy work to groups, as to share the profound benefits he has experienced over the years.
