SunCommon asked for some information about you, your home and your utility so we could to design a solar system that’s just right for you. We’ll keep that information private — unless and until you decide to go solar. And then we’ll share only what’s necessary to regulators to get your permit, our contract installers to get the equipment mounted and/ or financial outfits if you ask for our help arranging financing.
Again, we understand that you provided info to us so that we can help you go solar. SunCommon will not sell your name or information to anyone, ever.
We may share aggregated information we collect that doesn’t identify you individually with researchers or policy-makers — like how much electricity Vermonters use or the average size of a solar system here.
We collect and review information without identifying personal details about how people hear from us, like which websites point them to us or what community events are most popular — to help us do more of what works to spread the word and less of what doesn’t.
We may ask you to share your story with others or the media, but that will always be your choice.
That’s our policy to keep your information confidential. If we make changes to this policy, we’ll post them here and email past customers to make sure they know what’s up.
