How Does it Work?
SunCommon is a select partner with Participate Energy. By acting as the system owner, they use a federal tax incentive for businesses to lower your lease payment. This allows SunCommon to pass along the savings to you, knocking 30% off of the cost of your system! You pay the remaining 70% of the project value, either with cash or as a low monthly payment if you choose to finance.
If you want to own your system before the full term of the lease, you can buy out the lease as early as year 6 of your agreement.
