Wave Farm is a non-profit organization and pioneer of the Transmission Arts genre through their artist residency program, art installation park, and listener-supported radio station in New York’s Hudson Valley. They also went solar with SunCommon in 2021, combining the power of light with the power of sound, a partnership that will enable future generations to create their art more sustainably.

In their inaugural season in the summer of 2022, Vermont Green Football Club set out to answer the question, Can a football club be a force for good? Besides winning games, their objective was to build a local soccer club that embeds environmental justice into its competitive strategy, operational processes, and culture.

Our sustainable future lies beyond existing paradigms, and in order to get there, we need to reimagine what’s possible. Dedicated individuals across the world are answering the call by applying their ingenuity, their energy, and their time to this monumental challenge. CAFF is a platform to bring you these stories and inspire further action.

Wendy dragged her feet on getting her family’s solar installed, thinking it was going to be a major, complicated undertaking. She wished she made the switch sooner after working with her project crew! Since the install, she’s been electrifying her home more and more.
