We had 40 solar panels and two backup Tesla batteries install at our Northern Vermont home in late 2020. We have been very happy with their performance. I interviewed several companies before choosing SunCommon. It didn't hurt that it's a Vermont company and I live in Vermont. It's a big purchase, and I was nervous that I'd get the 'big sell" and then it would all be a fight from there. Couldn't be farther from the truth. From day one, I have access to all members of the team, in a timely, professional and friendly manner. They have made a misstep or two, but have ALWAYS owned their responsibilities and made things right.
Everyone, starting with Nick Governale, was a pleasure to work with, helpful and patient with all our questions. The array looks great as does the powerwall. We are happy and highly recommend them to anyone looking into solar!
We were given excellent advice and guidance during the design and planning phases, and each person that came on site was professional, patient and knowledgeable. Canopy installation went smoothly, despite the underlying bedrock, and we were greatly pleased with the look. The rest of the installation, from trenching to battery installation and pairing with my phone was conducted with neat, efficient, and diligent work by the SunCommon technical group. Every workman that came shared their enthusiasm for the product and their collective experience in making them work. I highly recommend SunCommon!
