Residential Project Manager

Our Residential Project Management and Customer Support team are with you every step of the way, starting from the day you sign your agreement until after you are installed. They work behind the scenes to move you through our solar process.

In 2020, Ryan and his partner, Lauren, moved back to Vermont. Ryan attended college locally at Saint Michael’s College and Lauren grew up in VT. For Ryan, the move back to VT came with an opportunity for change. After a decade of public service with the Federal Government, he decided to search for a new career path; seeking a local company that shared his passion for the environment and was working to combat the devastating impacts of climate change.

Prior to SunCommon, Ryan worked for the Natural Resources Conservation Service as an Easement Program Manager. In this role,  he worked with farmers seeking conservation easements to protect their prime agricultural soils. He also worked with landowners to restore and protect impaired wetlands and forestland to improve wildlife habitat.

What excites Ryan most about SunCommon is the direct, tangible environmental impact the work has on slowing the effects of climate charge. He admires the actionable steps SunCommon has taken to reduce their dependence on fossil fuels, while assisting their communities in becoming clean energy producers. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring local trails with his dog Tucker, cooking new plant-based meals with his partner Lauren, and outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and skiing.
