Neil hails from the smallest state in the U.S., Rhode Island. Growing up he was an avid sailer, hiker, soccer player, snowboarder and climber. He moved to VT in 2007 to attend St. Michaels college and graduated in 2011. After spending some time working on sailing vessels around the world he came back to VT in 2012 because he missed the mountains and VT’s amazing beer. Neil eventually found his way to the Outdoor Gear Exchange in Burlington where he spent five years as a warehouse rat and organization guru. He now works for Suncommon in their warehouse where he packs trailers and flexes his organizing muscles. He and his wife now own a beautiful home in Barre and have an amazing dog named Odin.
