JAKE O’CONNOR

Jake grew up in the Elk Mountains in Colorado. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in environmental sciences and minor in ecology and evolutionary biology. After spending 3 years competing on the Freeride World Qualifying Tour, Jacob moved to Vermont with his partner, Lucy, and founded an environmental education nonprofit in Jeffersonville. Jake and Lucy both serve on the Cambridge Conservation Commission.

In his free time, Jake loves to hang out with his pooch, Riley, go climbing, skiing, trailing running and coach free skiing for the Smugglers Notch ski club.
