Consumerism month is underway. It kicked off with big businesses on Black Friday, followed up by Small Business Saturday, and don’t forget Cyber Monday!

What if there was a day when we focused less on the buying, and more on the giving?

Millions of people concentrating their efforts one day a year can have a huge positive impact. Part of the movement’s success has been the buy-in of big tech companies, using their platforms’ massive outreach to encourage giving to all of their website’s visitors.

As part of our mission to use our business as a force for good, SunCommon has decided to join in on (and extend!) Giving Tuesday: For every person that looks into going solar with us during the Holiday Season, SunCommon will donate $20 to local Habitat for Humanity affiliates to help build homes for families in need. We’re counting on you to help us make a really big impact this winter, so we’re extending our day of giving all the way through December 31st.
